Mar resilient<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Resilients \u00e9s un homenatge a les persones que lluiten en contra el canvi clim\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n

Resilients s\u00f3n 3 peces fetes amb materials naturals que representen diversos conflictes i denuncien com les nostres accions han portat a una situaci\u00f3 d\u2019estr\u00e8s al planeta.<\/p>\n

En aquesta pe\u00e7a trobem Nacra (Pinna nobilis<\/em>), Cabra de mar (Maja squinado<\/em>), Ostres i Corall vermell del mediterrani.<\/p>\n

Les captures mundials d\u2019ostres al 2013 van arribar a 2.317.000 quilos anuals i al 2009 es van pescar uns 6.700.000 kg de cabra de mar al m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n

El corall t\u00e9 molts factors que fa que estigui patint una situaci\u00f3 extrema que si no frenem el portar\u00e0 a la seva extinci\u00f3. Les amenaces s\u00f3n entre d\u2019altres l\u2019augment de la temperatura marina i de l\u2019acidificaci\u00f3, les captures directes tant, per la joieria, la mineria i construcci\u00f3, per decorar aquaris marins, per fer suplements de calci i per \u00fas m\u00e8dic.<\/p>\n\n

Tot i l\u2019enorme esfor\u00e7 de moltes persones per evitar-ho, se segueixen coincidint llicencies per extracci\u00f3 i permetent la seva comercialitzaci\u00f3.El corall vermell que he fet servir va ser extret als anys 70 al cap de creus. S\u00f3n les restes recollides pel pare d\u2019un amic, que els coralers consideraven molt petites per la seva comercialitzaci\u00f3 en aquell moment. Avui en dia les col\u00f2nies de corall viu rarament arriben a aquestes dimensions. El corall creix de 3 a 5 mm. a l\u2019any.Vaig tenir molts dilemes a l\u2019hora de fer aquesta pe\u00e7a, per la situaci\u00f3 cr\u00edtica en la que es troba el corall actualment, per\u00f2 aix\u00ed i tot vaig decidir utilitzar-lo per denunciar la situaci\u00f3 actual.<\/p>\n\n

Per aquesta pe\u00e7a tamb\u00e9 he fet servir una Nacra que tenia guardada la meva \u00e0via. Les Nacres s\u00f3n el mol\u00b7lusc m\u00e9s gran que es troba en el mediterrani, s\u2019han hagut d\u2019enfrontar a les amenaces de la pesca, la contaminaci\u00f3 i la reducci\u00f3 de les posid\u00f2nies, el seu h\u00e0bitat natural. Per\u00f2 actualment estan en perill cr\u00edtic d\u2019extinci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 han perdut m\u00e9s del 90% de la seva poblaci\u00f3 en tres anys per culpa d\u2019un patogen que les ha matat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
